Messed up world

I hoped I would never have to put this title, but it has happened- I have gained an obscene amount of weight again and become extremely jiggly.

I wobble.

I mean...like jelly...wobbly..jiggly...jelly.

I am so disheartened that my years of work in the gym and years of clean eating have been wasted..but on the positive side it gives me a chance to re-vitalise my workout routine.

I am starting a fresh, the target is fat/weight loss and the primary source will come from clean eating. This final year of University has caused my weight to rocket and stress has been the main reason I reach for those carbs, all the carbs.

Time to stop kidding myself into thinking that tomorrow will be a new beginning and I keep having to start over and over again in my weight loss journey.

After Thursday, I will have no excuse in not going to the gym, in not looking after myself and not doing the best I can in eating healthily. The fact is everyone has bumps in the road, they have times that their healthy eating doesn't go to plan, but it is each person's responsibility to take charge of their own life and practice self-control- I used to have this, but it has slowly faded away during the last few months.

Starting a brand new journey will be a long and difficult process but I want to get back into a routine as soon as possible and live life the way I used to, each day I had a new plan, a new task to complete.

I will post up my new workout routine and eating plan next week but for now the aim is just to get myself to the gym and stop eating crap, little baby steps.

My aim is to loose around 10kg and just be able to wear my clothes again...
Get rid of this body fat and rediscover my lean mean self again!

I will keep you posted!  And take progress pictures.

Ciao for now.
